I ground up some country breakfast sausage with the old hand grinder tonight. I know it isn't fall yet, but it is my birthday and I wanted good sausage with some potatoes and cheese, beans and eggs for supper! It is sooo good, pork shoulder with salt, pepper, fresh sage and garlic, red pepper, garlic and a little ginger and clove.
