Hello Permie-Lovlies,
I'm starting a Youtube channel where I show the build up of my new farm while and how to build up a farm at various scales (patio
garden to small scale farming). The goal is to provide empirical information and practical examples of different options that will allow
people to grow more of their own food. I'm funding the
project myself so far, as it is to be my actual homestead/microfarm. There is a
Patreon and PayPal Donation set-up for anyone who ends up really enjoying the page after a while. But this is something I don't want to push, just have it there for anyone moved to contribute. I'll be applying for grants and seeing if there are
affiliate marketing options or something passive. I'm not trying to '
sell' something, is my point. The goal is to make information like this understandable and free to everyone. Many channels cater to only a certain style, scale, or type of farming. I will be looking to display an optimized blend of methodologies and explanations as to which is appropriate in different situations and desired outcomes.
I would greatly appreciate some feedback, as you all are basically my target audience. Below are topics and formats I am mulling over. Would you be so kind as to give me your take on them and perhaps write about what you would like or expect from a channel like this? Additionally, I'd be truly and dearly grateful to anyone keen on subscribing from this
community, my tribe. Likes, subscribes, and later average viewing data helps put this in front of more people. And it's also motivational and a moral
boost to have people rooting for you from the start.
