Thanks for the ebook. After downloading, I noticed that the epub file's metadata is undefined --- internally the title and author fields are empty. I edited them on my computer with Calibre, but it might be a good idea to update the file that you have made available for downloading.

Thank you. I wonder if you can help me…I have a MAC and after downloading, it said my iCloud is full, well I don't want my personal articles books etc in some cloud I want it on my MAC . How do I do this? I looked every where and can't figure it out.

That is strange. I'm on a mac as well, and downloaded it to see if it would do this for me. It went to my downloads folder, I double clicked and it opened in ibooks as it should, with nothing about cloud.

You could try downloading again - just control click on the link and make sure you save it in the downloads folder or somewhere else on your computer, and then open with ibooks, and hopefully it will store it there. Please let me know if this works for you, as I don't like cloud either and want people to be able to access my books normally.
