Sure. first, just cut the sweet potatoes into fries, toss with oil in a pan, bake at 400 F for 20 minutes, turn and then cook for another 15 minutes or so. If they are cut thin, they can burn. Thick cut needs 4 total minutes. Salt or dust with Creole Seasoning (Tony Chachere's or your favorite... or your own blend).
I normally make my own fermented catsup, using tomato paste, kombucha, molasses, salt and spices. ANd, I usually make my own fermented pepper hot sauces. But, I am visiting my mom. SO, I mixed some El Yucateca habanero sauce with store bought catsup... it was pretty awesome, really!
