Hello Everyone!!!

If you are interested  in joining or becoming a steward owner at an ecovillage on the West coast (ish)  KEEP READING!

Finding and building community around Earth care and stewardship can have a lot of challenges.

-From steep financial costs

-A necessity to have highly skilled people

-Social cohesion from interpersonal dynamics to

-Systems of equity and quasi governance.

We we are excited to share with you that a great deal of the groundwork has already been done!

Not only have we already bought and paid off properties

We have created trusts that are community owned

And we have spent a decade acquiring most of the skills and tools to build off-grid or from scratch.

Additionally we have a pulse on the weat coast land market and have insight and awareness of especially advantageous (cheap) opportunities to buy land.

Wanting and not having equity is something that can turn some people off to the idea of joining a community/ecovillage.

We are ready and wanting to expand and bring more properties into trust and eco-concious land stewardship.

If YOU have been considering joining a community, we would be interested in hearing from you.

If YOU have been considering or wanting to buy land and build an eco-village, we would be interested in hearing from you.

We can
-help you find more affordable opportunities
-help you choose an ideal property with important characteristic you might not have considered
-we have experience dealing with county and government agencies
-We have most of the tolls and skills to build from scratch to luxury
-We have successful businesses and can help you create self-employment or your own independent business
-We can partner and work together including in paying for/buying the land, and we are too busy and successful to spend much time clashing, we just want to plant food forests, build sacred and cozy spaces, and celebrate these gifts and life we have.

(We'd be stoked to help a group of women, set up a women ran and owned eco-village if a group of women were ready to do that.

We have an especially interest in helping young people get access to land and build permaculture and land stewardship businesses and careers before they get too chewed up by the rat races and jaded by society.

We'd  like to help set you up right as early as possible and continue expanding our amazing communities and organizations.

For people who aren't ready or aren't very worried about ownership of/buying property, but want to put in real work on a daily basis to help build these spaces, lettuce know!!!

We have multiple sites from Texas all the way up to Washington state where you might find a place for yourself.

(This is for people ready to be putting in the work that is takes to manifest) (serious work)

-You can learn, timber harvesting/forest stewardship/tree service/care work/business.
-carpentry how to build a house or tree house
-how to mill wood
-how to build solar systems
-orchard care/tree planting
-crop production
-animal husbandry
-plant medicine
-automotive skills
-general business skills
-and much more more.

Now imagine what we can do TOGETHER, with us and YOU working together.

If you reply, please put forth real effort

-Introduce yourself
Try to atleast tell us as much about yourself as you are asking questions. We're not here to answer the world questions. We're here to meet specific people at a specific place in life and the world.
