I am a 24 year old Male who is seeking a life that is not legally possible. before I receive multiple replies about how reckless and idiotic this idea is, i understand and I'm fully aware of the situations that will/might come of it.

Ever since I read the book and watched Into The Wild 10+ years ago I have had the idea of wanting to move to alaska to live in the wilderness. I'm looking for another person just as dumb as I am for this trek who would be willing to quit their lives and be happy with not looking back.

my name is Alex, I grew up in Missouri and served with the Army for years as a Scout. I currently reside in Missouri near a lake town and looking to make my move within the next year or two to prepare. please reply, Serious inquiries only please. I'm fully aware this move could possibly be life threatening and I have accepted it.

Are you looking for a paying job on a homestead? Or offering labor in exchange for learning homesteading skills? Or a mate, to help and teach you, on your place? Or...?

Unfortunately I dont have any land since I live in town. More of interested in visiting and being of service just to learn anything, not interested in being paid. I'm sure it sounds odd not wanting to accept payment. but I've grown up in town and my family never really went outdoors other than fishing. If I find the right connections and enjoy being around that family I would be more than happy to help whenever needed.

Sounds adventurous at least. If you’re looking for a pjs EV to start some of your training, we 80 acres in southern Oregon that are pretty much wilderness, with BLM and USFS as neighbored. Lots of space to train for your ultimate move north. Let me know if you want to discuss further.
Good luck
