Eating Cherries 'could cut gout'
according to an article from the BBC
I've used them before when I had elevated uric acid levels and they worked well, but it's still nice to see in the mainstream media. Might go and treat myself to a few more

I read this as well and the article mentioned sour cherries and strawberries both being recommended as natural treatments for gout.
