The rules for winning a book are great and understandable, except one I do not understand.
The rules for being selected are in the power of each of us.

Can someone then explain to me why there is a rule about which we are powerless?
Is it unobvious in the US that it is no so easy?
I mean the one saying that you have to answer within 24h with your "snail" address (by the way, how I love this expression, very funny!) ??
It is short, it can be short.

Anyone can have an Internet problem. It can be rare, and it is frequent for me.... So I guess it can happen to someone else.
