Greetings, some folks & I here in Santa Fe NM are trying to start a Sustainable/ Intentional Community, We're looking for land with water rights & a house, preferably in a rural area or a land owner who is interested in doing the same thing, and of course anyone who might be interested or if you have pointers we'd love to hear from you. Thanks

I must recommend the book "Creating a Life Together" by Diana Leafe Christian, which examines why many intentional communities fail and why some succeed. Extremely helpful and I think required reading for anyone thinking of joining and especially for anything thinking of starting an intentional community.

Greetings Barb. I am not familair with Santa Fe, NM. I am looking to start a sustainable food forest farm just a little north of you in southern Colorado. Hoping to find some folks interested in doing the same thing. I can only afford 5 acres. However if a few like-minded individuals could join together a larger piece of land would be desirable. Anyway drop me a line if interested: lylamoore56@yahoo.com

Hi Barbara,
Did you find land or a community where you were looking? My husband and I are looking as well.
