Sorry to post this in your bootcamp log Josiah but I just spotted something in the greenhouse sink that could be a concern.  Except that you very likely have this figured out and I'm just wasting time.  But I figured I'd mention it just in case.

One of the walls (front or back, I can't tell) is braced well to resist pressure from the soil.  The other one isn't braced that well.  Per the pic below, the forces (red arrow) may push that wall in.  So adding a horizontal log brace (dark brown) would resist that force.

I'm guessing further design elements you have planned will accomplish this task and it's silly to even bring it up but I'm just doing so out of an abundance of caution.  Sorry...

The greenhouse is coming along nicely. I back filled around the cold sink today, compacting every 12 inches of earth to give a solid base for the next round of posts. I gently sloped the fill to drain water away from the structure in case it rains this week.

bootcamp at work. Last friday we worked extra hard to get the cold sink ready for burial. Martha installs her first roundwood brace and the cob crew gives the wall some mud.
