Hello there! I'm currently drawing a picture of a black oak savanna wildlife picture right now for one of my art shows coming up to display and sell. I wanna find which plants grow first in the spring and then through autumn. I wanna find out if some ferns can deal with full to partial sun since they're boardering near prairies. And are there other trees that grow alongside black oaks? Examples are wild cherry, dogwood, ash and few others. If there are any examples of a world class black oak savanna habitat, please let me know in the boxes below. Thanks.

What a show! What atmosphere! What fun! What a tiny ad!
