I'm not sure what type of peas those are but if you want to be certain of a winter cover crop of peas I suggest Austrian peas.. I used them last year & they grew well. The only issue I had with them is they didn't form harvestable peas until rather late in spring. I ended up chopping many of them in order to plant the spring crops on time. Which included English peas so there was still peas to eat.
