I want to re-establish a 43-acre site comprised of 3 adjoining parcels on Diamond Elk Cr. in the South Umpqua river watershed in SW Oregon. There's a long heart-breaking story of how I lost it, but I've got legal wrangling going on and hope to get this awesome place back soon. I'm also willing to consider a different, superior site.
It would be optimal to buy it all outright so as not to have the worry of monthly payments. The three parcels of the former Salamander Sanctuary could have different owners, though I would prefer to have people committed to a community aspect, and also want to have about 10 people living there, critical-thinking, activists into reforestation and salmon habitat restoration. Be good to have gender balance too.
Life escapes the economy and for full will destroy it.
