Hi,
So we are working on a business plan, and well I find myself struggling to find the information I need. We are planning to buy 16 acres and would be creating a food forest style farm. We are intending to purchase the land and spend a year or 2 planting, then move out there. I can find loads of information on large scale monoculture farming, but to find actual numbers for a poly-culture/permaculture operation are non-existent(?). Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

You could,
do a intensive 1 acre rotational vegetable farm with 19 different vegetables. (year1) Lookup spinfarming
You could create a cow silvo-pasture (year 2)
with hazelnut (year 4)/walnut (year 10)
Walnut timber (yr 30)
