aluminum foil = bad

while i try and tell folks that aluminum pots have been studied and shown not to be a vector of aluminum poisoning because of the alum oxide that instantly forms on the surface, aluminum foil is made to be NON oxidizing, and it appears to have some very bad leaching

No cooking meat , or high fat stuff in it. may also want to put pies and other stuff into regular pie pans, instead of using the foil ones provided. pot pies too. anything high fat....
