We have 7 acres about 40 minutes outside of Austin with all the foundations of a high functioning farm.

We have 165 fruit tree orchard that is in establishment phase.
Swales and micoberms on contour
Irrigated Pasture in a silvopasture setup
6 existing chicken tractors
Water and drip irrigation infrastructure throughout the property
Johnson Su Bio Reactor
Foliar Spray setup
Well Irrigation
Electric Perimeter deer fence and electric infrastructure
Pig and sheep shelters/infrastructure with rotational paddocks
About 1/3 acre in established organic beds with drip irrigation
1000 linear feet of blackberry infrastructure.  Alot of the planting may need to be redone this spring.
Bee colonies
Established bat housing

I operated the farm for 2 years with 80 laying hens and about 20 broilers, pigs, and running a large internal garden.

We have had to move back into the city for family reasons and I'm looking to partner with someone looking for land to farm.  We could potentially do a very friendly lease with compensation primarily in produced output.  I have equipment and infrastructure in place to serve as a foundation while you build a customer base.  The farm has been dormant since early July, but could be easily kicked back up.

Permaculture site plan as implemented attached

If interested please email at brian.bigelow@gmail.com or call/text me at 206-321-2106.  Would love to hear your background, vision and discuss it further.

I'd contact my PDC instructor Matt Powers via https://www.thepermaculturestudent.com/contact

He is based around Austin now and has a large network of contacts to good people.
