Gday,
i live in Adelaide and am wondering if there are any Farmers / Permies near adelaide.

2 areas im interested in is Olive growing and also Sheep - so if any one does either of these i would be interested in gaining experience.

Welcome to permies
You'll find people from all over the globe here, but if you're after Aus-specific stuff, I'd try PRI

G'day, McAll. Last year me and my partner were WWOOF-ing in The Food Forest close to Adelaide (Gawler) and the Brookman family. One of the best Permaculture places in Australia - to gain work experience, learn, and see the results of a 30 years of development. The Brookmans are just wonderful in any sense, very knowledgeable and friendly people - the best example of PC ethics and principles lifestyle. Recommended.
