My Perennial Kale is producing flowers. I didnt know this could happen. If it made seeds would the seeds grow into Perennial Kale?

Dont let them flower, if they flower the plant die young.
At two years old you should cut a branch and plant it, after this year it will be very hard to do that.
And it is insurance just in case that plant bites the dust.

I would cut back the blooms on the branches that you will take cuttings from. Take a few or more. And let the rest go to seed.

Thank you so much for your input. I guess I have some flowers to eat.
I have taken three cuttings. I'm keeping one and giving two away. Maybe I'll take another cutting. Thanks again for your input.
