anybody using it for gluten free etc?

King arthur flour is actually selling some now, but lots of boutique stuff too.

supposed to be bitter like chocholate, but nutty like almond flour.

should be cheap , since it is a waste product. But looks expensive everywhere i see it.

Anyone with a cheap source?

My favorite source for any dried herbs shows at 9 a lb, up to 33 !
