Hey,

I was wondering if I find project co-creators through here.
More specifically I am looking for landowners (incl. Otises), investors, partners, permi specialists or basicly anyone who could be and would be a contribution to it.

Land: I know there are landowners out there who are not offering actively their property for sale, they are not in need of money, but they would love to see an amazing project come to life on their land. Waiting for a project that makes them excited.
Well, I have one.
(We did not do the SKIP tasks, but my husband remodeled houses, and can fix his own car and also a survival specialist.)

Permaculturist, caretaker etc: As a base, we can offer free rent on an off grid property in your own tiny home, for 2 hours work per day. (It seems to be a popular offer, I know someone who offered the same, and had to shut down his ad, because he got flooded with applications.)
But we are open for more. More work for more, running projects, businesses together, whaetever feels aligned and fun.

The project: phase 1 – creating various accomodations for short term rentals, and microgreen and low tech mushroom farm. To create some cash flow.
Phase 2 – retreat center. Phase 3 – high vibe, regenerative ecovillage.
This is the vision and a description of the 3rd phase:

If you have anything constructive, let me know.
If you know anyone who would be interested (incl you), anyone who popped into your mind while reading this, let them know and get in touch.
If you have nothing that contributes and/or kind, please keep it for yourself.

Thanks for reading.
Have a blessed day.

My wife and I could literally be your guys best friends! That’s awesome we share such a similar dream different vessel! The nonprofit mitigates tax obligations and protects anyone from liability if an injury occurs on property something y’all should look into.

I read your google doc and WOW Cool plan I wish you both the best of luck!
I love that you want to start one place and spread. Community is important. I’d start with making tent and car camp sites for nightly rental for quick income for the non profit or business. That way you get more money for cool projects to make more incentive to visit your ecotourism hotspot. When we get our eco village done we will have your flyers at the front desk our new friends!

yes, definitely not privately owned

and non-profits have their own advantages too

would be the best to just exit the system, that would lawfully eliminate all taxes and even zonings

Thank you. We are also happy to support other great initiatives.

With leads and barter and whatever works.

Good luck with your eco village.
