36/F seeking homesteading hubby and/or community!

Well this is my first post to the permies world, so hi everyone!

Hopefully this is the place to find my future homesteading partner - crossing fingers!

Me:
I am currently living near Phoenix, AZ but definitely wanting to live off the land NOT in the desert - very open to where that may be, in or out of the U.S. I'm the single mother of 2 stellar boys (4 and 10 yrs old).  Def a mix of left and right brained. I run my own business of wedding and portrait photography full time which is *incredibly* satisfying, especially after working an 8-6 job up until a couple of years ago!  Music [singing and instruments] have always been a part of my life.   Spirituality is important to me in the sense of wanting to connect with someone with similar perspectives of the world which includes universal consciousness, the importance of kindness/love and lifelong growth from the soul contracts we signed up for, and the soul living multiple lives (reincarnation) in many different forms. My values align mostly with liberal thinking, though I'm very much an anarchist at heart and have very very little trust for our government and media.  Let's get it out of the way that I am not vaxxed for the rona nor do I plan to be, in case that's a concerning factor for anyone.  I go deep quickly with everyone I meet, always wanting to know the core of someone's self, but I am also often goofy... like, break out in accents or songs randomly kind of goofy.

Goals:
There are really two different dreams I have - living either of which would be fulfilling:
1 - Homesteading, self sufficiency, and a small home as off-grid as possible lifestyle using Permaculture.
2 - All of the above but on a community scale with like-minded individuals (more liberal, spiritual, democratic socialist types) involving a healthy amount (which is quite minimal in my perspective) of technology

You:
If my perfect man exists, he would be intelligent, empathetic, hard working, witty, musically inclined, honest, loyal, similar thoughts relating to spirituality/the soul, and above all wanting to live as natural of a life as is possible off the grid.

If the perfect one for me doesn't exist, and maybe even if he does, I want to connect with others who this vibes with so we can co-create Utopia together!

Do you exist?!

I should have gone deeper into a couple of things in my original post:
1 - I am a serial monogamist, I'm not open to polyamory at this time.
2 - In regards to a relationship, my age range is about 32-42 years old.
