Hello all. I am planning my homesteading adventure to Alaska in approximately 5years time. Finding a partner to live this type of life with is difficult at best. So here goes. My name is Dustin. I’m 36 years old and have 2 children they will both be adults by the time of the big move. I’m looking for a woman that would love to live this type of life as much as myself. If there’s anyone out there interested in getting to know one another please feel free to message for contact info.

Might want to post this in the singles forum! It’s basically made for this exact sort of situation

Try taking summer vacations there with the kids. Start to connect with people who live there. They are tough and like the cold.
Let them know your plans and that you are looking.

An example of cold loving warm hearted souls:
Wrong side of the north, but last time I flew south, Nov21-Dec1, my new friend beside me from a small community with big storms was commenting with horror as she got her first look of land down south (tail and of Gatineau maiuntain range where my homestead is and there was snow of course, but approaching our little capital) there was little snow and then less: "Its getting worse!" And then of course no snow in Ottawa.

Take me to the scene of the crime. And bring that tiny ad:
