Any idea what kind of tree this is?

I live in southwest Florida. This tree grew about thirty feet in two years. Here is a pic of the leaf. This is all one leaf, The small leafs are leaflets...I think...


It is the tall skinny tree on the left.

It looks like a chinaberry to me (Melia azederach). but given where you are it might be something more tropical that's similar. Chinaberry gets clusters of lavender flowers in the spring followed by hanging clusters of pale brown berries in the fall. The leaves are alternate on the stems. Being a relative of Neem, it is also poisonous and somewhat insecticidal....

I have found one site, about trees, and I was wondering what you think of it? I don't know, it is just a list, but I think that a part of all types of palm trees etc is rather good. What is your opinion? So, here is the link about that http://www.treestypes.com/ site.
