Hey Permies,

I did an interview with Walter Jeffries that has been the most listened to over the past month. Walter raises pastured pork in Vermont and I think he might be on these forums if memory serves me correctly. You can listen to the interview here: We talk about genetics, pasture species, winter feeding, summer grazing, paddock shift etc. It's a great interview, thank you Walter!

Thanks for posting a link. I listened to it twice to make sure I didn't miss anything.

For anyone who's interested, I've reserved a couple piglets with Walter rather than a local breeder because I respect and admire the way he tends to his product and his customers. I've had a lot of specific questions and Walter has always responded quickly and with precise information. If the pigs are as good about packing on quality meat as Walter is about quality info and customer service, then it's well worth the 4 hour drive for me to pick them up.
