Another herb to try without any negative results is an extract of saffron, the spice . There is a supplement from several companies that produce this extract. Look for the name satterial on the label. Basically saffron keeps serotonin in the brain longer which may yield I,proved mood and energy.

Rooibos also keeps serotonin circulating. And it tastes really really good.
