What to plant?

We are currently pasturing freedom rangers and using a hoop house for their shelter. What would anyone suggest to plant after the chickens have gone threw a cell to help keep things growing?

How large are the cells and how long are the chickens in one place?
Clover, comfrey, plantains and other forbs are all really nutricious.
But the favourite food of every chicken I've met is silverbeet, aka Swiss chard.
