She looks like an Ameraucana, they lay blue green eggs. (descendant of the Araucana). She would be considered a blue black cross. Hatch in about 3 weeks.

Once the hens begin to set on the clutch of eggs, it will take 21 days for them to hatch. That hatching process starts with a chick making a small hole in the shell to breath. From there they usually take a break from an hour to up to a day to gather strength. Once rested, the chick will peck a line all the way around the shell, breaking bits of shell off and tearing the inner membrane loose. It's almost like unzipping the shell. Once they make it nearly all the way around they push the two halves of the shell apart and plop out. They'll be wet and pretty sorry looking. It'll take a number of hours for them to dry (fluff out) and get accustomed to standing. From there... it's a chicken sort of life.

Ameraucanas have pea combs; muffs and beards; slate-blue legs; and only lay blue eggs (of varying hues)... My guess is that it is a mutt from an EE mutt and something else... Though; I am far from being an expert

My friend said she looked like a blue Austrolap but definitely has many different breeds in her. No blue eggs, dark brown.
Looks like she is a right mess

If she is laying brown eggs she is not an Ameraucana. Pea combs are the norm; but, I have seen many mixes that do not. Muffs and beards are absent on many. I think mutt may be your best option; someone may know a dark brown laying type that is a close match to her for a better "mix" name if you are selling the chicks.
