I am posting this for a friend. She has a cabin and land available for homesteading in Bath Spring TN right on the TN River. There are several others living here and looking to homestead and possibly build an intentional community. Please contact Suzanne 731-549-0369.

How much land is there along with that cabin? If there are already others living there and there is talk of an IC, knowing how much space is there would be useful. What are the basic backgrounds of the other people and what, if anything, is the nature of current concepts for the IC idea?
