So I've had some success this week trying inositol and ashwaganda. Tried 5-htp before but often felt too dazed/intoxicated on it.

I currently haveL
passionflower dropper
licorice dropper
5htp
calcium magnesium + zinc tablets
b complex
ashwaganda
ltheanine (tried it one day, made my stomach hurt for 6 hours intensely, scared to take ita gain)
ginsing
bee pollen

with the combinations that I have, what would be the best things for me to take and at what times? Are certain things better to take with others or at certain times? any help would be appreciated.

I am attempting to stop GAD and hypoglyemia/hypo induced anxiety.

The b complex would be good.

After that I would find some valerian and/or chamomile. My wife takes both at the same time. It releases the stress and she winds up with more energy.

Our herbalist did muscle testing on her and found she was mineral deficient. He gave her an herbal mineral combination that included oat straw and alfalfa. Any of the deep root herbs ( burdock, dandelion are examples) should be mineral rich as well.

Oh, and DO NOT use the things that caused you issues until you learn or get someone to test it for you.
