Seeking a new opportunity. Ideal situation would be an already established organic farm in a warmer climate.
I am an energetic, highly motivated self-starter with extensive know-how and experience with organic/biodynamic/sustainable/permaculture techniques, growing and marketing, cheese making dairy/meat goats, sheep, equine, poultry, tractors, ATVs, and basic maintenance to manage a farm.
Currently living in Missouri on an organic 80-Acre farm/ranch/orchard on a work-trade since 2012, with my 14 year old son. I have lamancha dairy goats that can come with me.
Please feel free to spread the word and contact me with any possible matches in any part of the world and for more detailed information, resume, and interview.

Hi Angela, my situation probably is not ideal for you, it is not even ideal for me, but it is an opportunity of sorts. I do not want to take a long time here and now, but wanted to introduce myself just in case you want to think about it. I have a few posts on here that will tell you somethings about me, which you can research if you like. the essence is that I just moved to this 30 acre place in south east mo. almost more south central, if that matters. Shannon county. I want to develop it into a place somewhat like you seem to describe, an organic food forest where goats are rotated among all the areas. Sometimes they will need tending when foraging among gardens and such.
I kept goats in a semi wild situation for over thirty years, and really love living with them but do not have any here yet, since I arrived just a few months ago and the place needs cleanup, repair and lots of infrastructure built up. There is a house that is sort of livable, but I will be making improvements. if you are interested in talking more, you can contact me.
