Water Resource Design Workshop with Tom Ward and Siskiyou Permaculture
3 full days July 26-28, near Ashland, OR
Learn how to integrate and balance water resources on a small homestead in Southern Oregon. We will explore strategies for drought proofing, rainwater harvesting, greywater, irrigation district water utilization, small scale carbon farming and horticultural self-reliance based on careful use of water. Summer is a great time to design water systems in preparation for doing earthworks in the fall and harvesting rainwater for the following year. This a design charette with instruction and student created conceptual designs. More information and registration on our website at http://siskiyoupermaculture.com/
