Just because they're fun to look at.

That's Robert DeNiro there, making the eyeball at me like, "Don't make me come over there." He's a Greylap, I believe.
At the left is his mate, Natlie Poortman. She's a Chinese.
The two at the right are their offspring. Sandra Bullock and Michelle Pfieffer, although I'm not positive they're both female. I'll get around to checking one of these days.

Here's one I blogged yesterday of my American Buffs. They are just 6 weeks old. I find them endlessly entertaining, especially the half dozen voyages per day in the kiddie pool.

(Sorry about the watermark, I do all of the ones on my blog that way, don't have time to reexport for another post.)

Edited to add: we aren't naming them until they pair up, want to use presidents and first ladies. It would be so wrong if Franklin and Mamie ended up as a pair. So now we just call them "blue girl" and yellow boy" by the color of their cable tie bands. Which need to be changed to larger this weekend, at least for the growing boys.

I'm popular with the chicks.

This is 4 years ago so I forget the exact breeds
left to right: turkey, bantam japanese cockerel, buff orphington pullet, and another bantam chick of some kind.
