Holzerhof had been set up 10 years before by Sepp for a client who did nothing to maintain it for a decade. Now Sepp owns it and has recently moved there. Even without care for all those years and in the middle of a terrible drought, it was green, lush and productive. There were abundant walnuts, hazels, chestnuts, grapes, apples, apricots, elderberry, sorbus, pears and much more ripening. All the neighboring farms were crispy brown with crops dead in the field. What a contrast.
I came home more inspired than ever to make my farm look and function like one of Sepp's. My fellow travelers on this course also continue to inspire me. I think I learned as much from them as from the course itself. I am deeply grateful for having had this experience.

Well, I guess it´s just a matter of continuing to save the pennies and waiting for next year´s workshop.
At any rate, thanks to Zachary Weiss for all the information about the workshop; I suspect I will be dreaming about the next one until this time next year!! I live in the south of Spain, so it won´t be quite so expensive to get to Austria from here.... I hope those who go to the workshop will post their impressions on this thread, that would be great!! What we manifest in the world reflects the focus of our thoughts, so thinking about solutions will create more change than dwelling on the problems. Let us be the change we want to see in the world...
