I just wanted to say, I haven't forgotten. Progress is slow (life is busy!), but the little guy is coming along!

POST 252 (DAY 262, Wednesday, 2021.4.28)
[Morning Entry]

... the feeling of overwhelm seems to come in waves.. one day I’m carefree; the next day I’m anxious out of bed.. I used to do a morning ritual of writing my vision and values for 2 minutes first thing every morning.. it helped me to measure and calibrate trajectory in real time and at steady intervals..

... today I’m grateful for perspective.. I’m eating organic bacon and watching the sun rise over a beautiful hugel berm in rural Montana.. what am I anxious about? I feel heard/understood, I feel purposeful, I feel healthy.. I don’t really know.. it actually doesn’t seem like my own anxiety.. do I need to carry it?.. perhaps anxiety is just one of my many human emotions.. it’s an indicator that I care.. and there’s nothing wrong with having this feeling.. so then how would I like to move with it?.. channel it so to speak..!! :)

... Enjoy the pics~!!!

POST 254 (DAY 264, Friday, 2021.4.30)
[Morning Entry]

... Yesterday was gardening... so many sprouts that I lost count.. at least 20!.. and even one purple guy!

... enjoy the pics~!!!

[Evening entry]

... the importance of contrast.. it’s easy to develop a myopic paradigm of glass half empty.. there are always things to complain about or feel grateful for.. contrast is the sublime realization of objectivity.. if I see my work as drudgery or misery, I can have it that way.. if I see the same work as privilege and honor, I can have it that way also.. here—at WL—I know my work is going toward building a better world.. and that’s quite a thing to become myopic about.. I often look back at my previous works—and how each skill or lesson contributes to how I show up here to my work.. how did I end up with such an opportunity to be in this pioneering endeavor.. against so many odds and idioms.. “that’ll never work..” .. of course not—especially with that attitude.. and what if it does?.. we aren’t here to change people’s minds.. only to show what’s possible, so they can be aware of their own options.. to provide a little contrast.. <3
