UN General Debate 69

Well, it's that time again. Russia is speaking in a few hours. That's the one I'm most interested in this year. Turkey and Iran seem to have set the tone for the regional players in the middle east. I'll get some links and summaries up for those interested. Fiji just finished up speaking about accountability and climate.
