As I see it now, 7 of us arrive in San Diego by 3:00 pm, 3/12. That's Andy, David, Steph, Rob, Julie & husband and Dominic. An 8th, Rachel, is in by 3:30.

My van plan is to be at airport at 6pm. I'll be in van and can pick you all up. Call or text me your location tommorow.

Last person that I know of gets in at 7:50pm so I'm guessing well leave at 8pm

Ok, so my greyhound bus was supposed to arrive at 9pm tonight in Temecula but my bus is 4hrs behind and our whole bus will be missing their transfers.

Will anyone be in Phoenix around 10 or 11am today (3-12)? I won't know more until then but I could very potentially need a ride or I may miss the first day of the conference depending on when the next bus comes through.

edit: there is a bus leaving Phoenix at 1:30am and 3:30am 3-13. Its a 10.5hr bus ride after that so I will miss half of the first day, possibly more as the 3:30 bus is sold out.

That being said if anyone is passing through and has room for a passenger I'd appreciate hearing from you. I can help with gas.

Bart was supposed to arrive late on the 12th at San Diego, but due to Canadian weather his flight was cancelled. Now he might be flying into LAX. He might be too late for this shuttle, but I'll send him your e-mail. Anybody traveling later?

Update for 15 passenger van: the person that was coming in at 7:50 flight was cancelled

That means we will leave airport at 6:30pm

If you need a later departure time let me know by posting here or texting me (I'm in a mark Sheppard workshop all day)

I'm guessing we have room for 5 more(15 person van).

Ok, this is last minute thing, my original flight was cancelled cause of super stormaggedon hitting east cost. So i'm now arriving at 9:15PM in LA. Any chance to get a ride with anybody or should i go for a 200$ car rental !

I used to commute in the LA area. I had a standard rule:
If I couldn't be on the freeway by 3:30, I'd go watch a matinee.
If I watched a matinee, I'd get home 15-20 minutes later than I would have if I'd been on the freeway since 4:00
(and in a much better mood - even if it was a lousy movie.)
