I give this book 9 out of 10 Acorns.

I found this book to be very interesting. Joel has given us a step by step instruction manual for, and let us peek inside the inner workings of, PolyFace Farms.

If you are an older farmer who wonders what is going to happen to all of the blood sweat and tears that you have put into your place when you can no longer keep up with it, this is a must read for you.

If you are a young person who dreams of working on a farm and learning from someone who is looking for you to carry on, this book will help you make it happen.

What an inspirational video!  I'm going to buy the book.  Hoping my sons will want my property someday. Developing a community on and near it will certainly be additional incentive.

Thanks Miles!

And with you too!  It is so nice to be able to talk in person with other permies! I don't feel so alone now.  Your brother and his wife are wonderful.  I almost wish I had looked at property where they are.  But, I'm coming up with lots of neat plans where I'm at.

Will you be up this weekend?
