Women's Basic Carpentry:
May 2-3 ($100/person)

Women’s Advanced Carpentry:
May 15,16,17($150/person)
Let’s get building ladies! Learn how to follow basic building plans. Get personalized instruction using a hammer, a power drill, a power screwdriver, a handsaw, and a tape measure. By the end of the course we will have constructed an open-air pavilion space that will be used for an outdoor bathhouse (basic) or screen hut tiny house (advanced)! With your new skills, you’ll have the confidence to take on small building projects all on your own, or with the help of your newfound friends! No experience? No problem! Get excited!

Rocket Bathtub Build Community Event (Co-ed)
May 22-24 (Donation based - Limited number of spots, email to reserve)

Cob Oven Workshop – May 30-31 ($150/person) (Co-ed)
Want to learn to build an earthen oven? Now's your chance! Come to this two day cob oven workshop, and leave with the tools to build your own oven! Working with Karen George of Build Like a Bird Natural Building, you will learn the basics of cob construction, build an oven, and discuss how to use that oven to make wonderful things like pizzas, soups, and breads! If you've always been interested in natural building and you didn't know where to begin, this is the course for you! Let's get muddy!

*Weekend camping and kitchen access available for a $25/ night donation to the farm

No, we have plenty of stuff going on for the fellas too! Our cob oven workshop, rocket bathtub build, and some of our homesteading immersions are co-ed. We just try to provide a safe space for women to learn about the basic carpentry. Thanks for your question!
