Hi All,

I think my next bicycle will be a recumbent. Do any of you ride recumbents? What do you like/dislike about them? How fast can you get them going? How far can you go? Are they worth the price tag?

I used to have a TerraTrike recumbent Trike, not the greatest for high speed but I got about 20 mph on it (I'm not a big pedaler) check out the ICE trike if you are curious about trikes, THAT was a sweet ride!

They are more difficult to see than regular bikes are. Maneuverability in emergency situations seems more difficult.
