There are tears of profound joy running down my face as I eat my first steamed egg. My life will never be the same.
Seriously though, I am finally able to achieve truly soft boiled eggs that do not simply disintegrate into glop when I try futilely to peel them. This actually is kind of life-changing, since I have fiddled for years with trying to strike a balance between a peel-able egg and one with a yolk soft enough to be appealing, and all the tricks with cold water and vinegar and small holes, etc. have never worked.
