Hi!

I've got a Siberian Crabapple tree growing in my back yard - at least I think thats what it is.  I assume they're edible.  Does anyone have any recipies for these at all?  They're like really tiny, sour apples...

If you have a steam juicer you can make wonderful crabapple jelly. Very tasty on bread or with pork dishes.
