I am in Mendocino county. I would not worry about building dep. we are very remote and a tiny home is the least of their worries.
My water is a spring feeding the
pond and I have a spring from my neighbor that I am using to drink out of.
My expectation is simple. Live on the
land, enjoy it. Respect it. Practice perm techniques in a classy way so that it is not a bunch of half finished projects. You don't have to do any projects if you don't want. I simply would like someone from this community on my land becUse I think they would be respectful and would appreciate the land and its full potential.
I can share everything except the small cottage that I built. I need to save that for my family when we come up and also as it is a shared cabin with my mom and dad and sister. Other than that this situation is wide open. Bring ideas motivation and ambition and a good work ethic and I will be ecstatic. Even a bad work ethic as long as you you are a person that understands how to go to the dump and not just let your pile of black trash bags build up in some corner of the property.
All in all if someone has the drive you could turn this into your own little
permaculture paradise and become its permanent care taker. I live in mt. Shasta so I am no long living there.
