I love the carved "S" "M" and "L" for the glove boxes!

That's the kind of little thing that just makes the place better.

Thanks!

Greg Martin wrote: I'll send one over Jen.  Any thoughts on a best size to start with?  I was thinking about getting one for myself so I'd be happy to send one to you guys to get your experienced opinions before I buy one for me too.

How generous! Thank you, Greg! The straight draw knife I was using has an 8" blade, so something of that size seems like it would work well. I'd be happy to update you on how well it works once we give it a go on the logs here. :)

Today we slept in a bit due to the overwhelming weight of the cuteness of our cuddly kittos. 😻 But we were up and ready in time to help clean up the Fisher Price House a bit for Nest Labor time! πŸ•˜

I tackled the laundry room today. The washer was not level, so I grabbed some channel locks to adjust one of its feet to level it. It rattled the place when it got going in its wash cycle, so hopefully it'll be quieter now. πŸ‘πŸ»

The fridge in the laundry room has an issue with pooling water in the bottom, so I started soaking that up with a few towels. After a moment I realized I wasn't sure how long some of the food had been in there or what it even was πŸ€”, so I emptied all the questionable things out and began sorting and identifying them with Josiah's help. We emptied or consolidated about half the things in there, and I organized what was left so it would be easier to find. I also finished soaking up all the water as well. πŸ‘πŸ»

After that I finished up the dishes from that endeavor, then Chris and I ran to town for a few errands. Our oil radiator heater no longer functioned, and waking up in low digits in the morning was getting somewhat intolerable. πŸ˜©β„οΈ We were able to exchange our heater for a new one, so hopefully we'll be a bit more comfy in our little travel trailer while we're here during the winter. ☺️🀞🏻

Thank you for noticing, Julia! I thought so too. I was looking for a simple solution to store the gloves instead of in a mish mash box and this seemed to fit the bill. Dez, Chris, and I each carved a glove crate end. I like how they each have their own uniqueness.
