I got to go to the Heirloom Expo this year because it's like two minutes away from my house!

So I took SOOO many pictures so I just wanted to share them with you all.

(sorry for the fact that some of them are rotated weird.. Apparently it doesn't like my iphone pics. Just turn your head, ya hear?)

my favorite chicken, I thought they were SO pretty. someone told me it was called a lace-wing or something like that.

'dorable little heritage breed piglets!

I helped out my friend Matt Powers and his wife Adriana teach all the little ones how to make seed balls! I loved how excited all of them got to just get their hands in a little mud.

Here is James, Matt's son, with his 1ST PRIZE winning pumpkin.

Biggest heirloom pumpkin: Coming in at 1,725 pounds!

These gourd people significantly creeped me out but I love them for that. hahah

Now here are a bunch of pictures of stuff that I might not have gotten the name of in the picture so I'm sorry about that but aren't they all amazing!

Tried to get a panorama of the whole thing - not sure how good it will show up.

Loved this lil sign:

Matt Powers talking to people about his AMAZING Online Permaculture School for Kids!

INCREDIBLE chalk art!!

They almost look like the fruit / seed pods from Liquidambar styraciflua (Sweetgum)
