The Vermont state government is proposing new rules and definitions of farming that will destroy many small farms. The purported purpose of these RAPe rules is to protect water quality. The problem is they're putting the burden on people who aren't the problem while not solving the real problems. Read the letter below and write the the agency of agriculture before 12/18 to let them know your comments.
