Hey guys,
I'm building a greenhouse with sand bags and plan to put a nice layer of cob on the outside and was wondering what books would be the best for me to read to learn more about the cob process...thanks

Kevo : heres my two choices ! The Hand-Sculpted House - Ianto Evans***** Michael G Smith, and Linda Smiley- Kind of like a very good College Level text book-

not boring/preach-y at all !!!

AND " The Cobbers Companion " - Michael G.Smith - This one Reads much like an Knowledgable Older- Friend- of- the- Family Who drops by " To give you a hand ''

and stays till the job is done - Expect to get the pages clay covered more than once !!!

And an Honorable Mention to Becky Bee's " The Cob Builders Handbook " it too comes highly recommend but I have never used it to make a recommendation !!!

For the good of the crafts ! Big AL

I'd suggest looking into the book review grid there are few that have reviews see what other permies have written about them.

As if that wasn't enough, a dog then peed on the tiny ad.
