I have a good amount of dried mung beans that I'd like to cook with. All the recipes I find take several ingredients I don't have on hand. Does anyone have some simple, basic recipes?

saute some garlic, pork, onions and tomatoes. mix in green vegetable of choice (swamp cabbage/vine spinach-Filipino vegetable). mix with cooked mung beans. let it soften, then serve while hot. great with fish sauce

Sounds simple enough and a blank pallet on which to work. I like it! Thank you Susan!
