why can't I start new topic now?

Somehow I am lacking the button "new topic" in all forums but this one. When I decided to complain - here it is, so I created new topic with my complain
Please help me to create new topics in other forums too!

You probably have to log in again. It 'times out' after awhile, and you have to log in after a certain amount of time. So try that.

We have more than a hundred forums and about a dozen categories.

I think what is happening is that you select a category and see a lot of threads listed and think "I'm gonna start a new topic!" but, since you are not in a forum, there is no "new topic" button.

I have asked for a new feature where the "new topic" button appears on the category view and you have to pick a forum before you can submit.
