A concept that will be as useful outside of Wheaton Labs as in.  As an analogous example for me, meditation, seemingly one of simplest exercises in terms of mechanics, was/is one of the most difficult endeavors that I've embarked upon.  But a plateau arrives after much practice and traversing the learning curve.  Not yet 'second nature' cuz it seems still to take some effort, but that effort could be considered a 'cost'.  Does the cost go down over time?......still pondering, but in a way, the value goes up.   So a net gain in the long run??....  So far it seems that way to me and similarly I can't imagine a Boot leaving WL with an "I learned nothing" degree unless something else is amiss that may need reflection and perspective.

Using pex pipe is new to me. One of our hydrants got sloppy and loose without any galvanized pipe to steady it. I didn't wanna dig it back up, so I drove a t post next to it and fastened them together. I suspect that you guys have already designed to prevent that problem. I'd like to see what you do about it. Hope you get more pictures...

I hope it's not hijacking Dez's journaling, but I'm going to be curious about progress here as well.  Our water lines are 5-6 feet under ground (freeze depth here is 5') and one of the 10'-long hydrants is mis-behaving.  So it will have to be dug up at some point and if I damage the delivery line(s) in the process, I was hoping to use PEX or some equivalent to make the repair of any damage done.  The hydrant itself probably will be replaced, but that additionally will require breaking up the concrete surrounding it. :-/  At any rate, I'm jealous of Dez's "dig depth" on that trench!......Our 6 ft trenches really max-out the reach on my mini-backhoe.

Congratulations on 400 Dez !!!

Over half way to 700 !

Nice to see the meeting area ( Lol at Grey's business time suit ), and to see the progress on the Solarium and the trench.

Round wood structures are so aesthetically pleasing. (:
