Some will never be able to do this .. even Mexicans .. many do not use chili of any sort.

If you can hack it or think you can .. here are the benefits .. it could have your doctor phoning and telling you all your blood work has gone to normal .. what the heck are you doing? Don't forget you started using chili.

If you have had a heart attack before or it runs in the family .. capsicum .. the hot stuff in chili .. will take you through all types of heart attacks including fibrillation which is 90% fatal .. in ER. It also takes you through pulmonary occlusions, i.e. blood clots in the lungs.

If your blood work goes to normal .. including normal blood pressure .. guess what .. your vessels have been cleaned out better than a rotor rooter. Herbs .. don't leave the table without them.

hey dusty i'm very interested in the effects of capsicum and i have noticed you are a huge advocate of this herb. just to clarify you are suggesting consuming the raw seeds by themselves correct? is there an effective way to make it in powder form or maybe even a tincture?

Very timely post for me. Terrible heart disease in my family. I am the oldest living in my fathers line, 52, and that is usually when they die with out warning. So, I think I will start spicin' it up around here! Can't hurt and it might help.

i prefer to keep them whole and grind for a few weeks worth. this keeps the oils and natural compounds from oxidizing when ground up and stored for long periods of time. meaning, you get better results.

A sonic boom would certainly ruin a giant souffle. But this tiny ad would protect it:
